The Customer of the web site has the right to buy products without any uncertainties. That’s why if the product that we sent to you does not correspond to your expectations and you are not satisfied with it, if the size is not the correct one, you just have to request a return. In order to return a product the following conditions (D.L. 206/2005 of Italian Law) must be respected by the Customer:
- The return or exchange must be done within 15 days from the date of the order.
- The item must be intact and not used.
- The products returned are in their original packaging.

There are 2 types of compensation:

Exchange. It’s possible to exchange a product only one time for another size or another colour of the same product, subject to product availability. In order to exchange a size it’ s necessary to send a request to                          , specifying in the object of the message “product exchange” and indicating the necessary size or colour. Having verified the availability, Made s.r.l. will organise a courier to ship back the product and deliver the requested one to the customer. Shipping expenses are at Made s.r.l. expense.

Refund. It’s possible to ask a refund of the amount paid for a product. It’s necessary to send a request to, specifying in the object of the message "request a refund". Made s.r.l. will organise a courier to ship back the product and refund the customer the amount paid. If a product is in sale, shipping costs related to sending the product back to the factory are at the Customer' s expense. The amount paid by the Customer for the product will be refunded not later than within 10 days after the date of receipt of the product at the factory.

The above- mentioned conditions are valid in the territory of the European Union states and in the states which have free trade agreements with the EU. In non- EU countries returns of products are at the customer’s expense as well as possible duties of the respective countries.
